Fabulous never worn pair of black leather oxford style shoes, with interesting two tone ( in terms of texture) on the upper. They close with laces, of which there is only one. A regular shoelace could be substituted..
Leather soles. In original box ( as found- some boxes don't correspond to shoe or size, but they are all walk-over boxes). Box has great graphics!. Stamped with "Slender Foot Arch Fitter" inside and outside on the sole.. Truly a great shoe from the era, perfect for dancing!

This is part of a collection we recently procured from Carey's Shoe Store, a store that was established in 1919 in Charlevoix, Michigan. The family recently decided to let go of the remaining stock of the store, about 150 pairs, most new and in their original boxes. Marked Size: 5 1/2 on shoe, and it seems a little big compared to another 5.5, and the euro size is 37- which is a 6.5.
•Measured length inside, heel to toe: 9 3/4"
•Width across bottom: 2 7/8"
•Heel: 2 1/8"
•Condition: Deadstock, and supple enough to wear. Good sturdy shoes are completely wearable .
Note:we do not guarantee that these shoes will hold up for any period of time. They are old, but in excellent condition structurally. However, theres no way to know their future.
